Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of technology-enabled clinical research studies and health programs.



Key Responsibilities

Manage program risks, resolve conflicts, and make trade-offs between budget, timelines, scope, and client satisfaction
Gather and document client requirements, translating business objectives into actionable program requirements
Oversee financial planning, tracking, and reporting for projects to ensure alignment with budget and revenue goals


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a healthcare or technology-related discipline
12+ years of experience in project management, operations, or account management in healthcare, pharma, or digital health settings
Client-facing experience with partners or customers on clinical research studies and platform implementation projects
Technical program management experience leading cross-functional teams in SaaS/software development
Program management training and/or certifications preferred
