Job Description:
Responsibilities
erforms all aspects of Respiratory Care without supervision on
patients of all ages with a high degree of skill, quality and
accuracy. Also assures that all Respiratory Care procedures are
provided to properly identified patients according to MMH policy
and procedure and maintains confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
with all patients. Must possess excellent written and verbal
communication skills and advanced customer Service Excellence
skills. This position requires a high level of planning, assessment
of situations and solutions, and problem resolution. Supervises
staff RRT's, CRT's, and RT, RN, LPN, and paramedic students in

Qualifications
Must be a graduate of a 2 - year associate degree AMA approved
Respiratory Care program or equivalentMust be licensed by the
Florida Department of Health, Board of Respiratory Care as a
Respiratory Therapist in good standing. - Current BLS certification
required ACLS requiredNRP required PALS (or obtained within 6
