- Working with teams to build plans and business cases as part of
the Stage Gate process and aligning with company strategy
- Will be expected to perform both leadership/strategy work along
with daily execution (i.e. not a direct people manager
position)
- Daily management of an org-wide commercialization project plan
for our product lines
- Daily interaction with all departments and focused on Product,
Marketing and Learning & Development
- Designing, launching and executing a Stage Gate process that
will be leveraged throughout the organization
- Providing input into each domain and understanding their
needs
- Analytics/reporting skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, data
trending)
- Accountability for company commercialization from a PMO
perspective
- 10% or less project management. 90% building and enhancing a
commercialization process that has org-wide attention
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on
business needMinimum Requirements
- Experience in roles that have taken large SaaS programs to
market. Both 0-1 and 1-2.
- Experience with large enterprise end-to-end solutions
- SaaS industry experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Stage Gate project management
- Strong relationship building and influencing skillsTotal
