Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of RCM Performance
responsible for overseeing analytics and reporting related to
revenue cycle management and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team focused on healthcare provider Revenue Cycle processes
and drive business improvements
Compile and analyze customer performance data to inform revenue
forecasting and operational enhancements
Develop and monitor operational metrics and financial performance
to achieve budget goals
Required Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes
Experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting
and forecasting
Proficiency in analytics tools and technology for reporting and
dashboard creation
Ability to analyze large datasets and present findings
effectively
Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional
teams
