Key Responsibilities
Ensure 24/7/365 coverage by building and optimizing staff
schedules
Establish staffing requirements and forecast for support roles and
emerging teams
Analyze data to identify trends, improve coverage, and produce
detailed reporting on support gaps
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of workforce management systems and processes
Proven experience in a senior workforce management role
Proficiency in building efficient and flexible schedules
Experience in forecasting staffing requirements for multiple
support roles
Familiarity with best practices in a multichannel setup
