Job Description: Field Support Engineer We are seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer with strong experience in field, desktop, and server administration, with a focus on Windows environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system maintenance tasks. The role will also involve installing and configuring hardware and software, servicing printers, and maintaining desktop and laptop systems. The successful candidate will receive training on specific software and hardware requirements.

• Top 3-5 Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Windows 7-8-10 and Windows Server
• Client will train on specific software/hardware needs
• Must be able to work independently
• Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities: Field/Desktop/Server Administrative & Support experience needed with a focus on Windows Administrative, Support, and Engineering. Expertise in the area of windows environments, and problem-solving abilities along with installing hardware/software, servicing printers, desktop/laptops machines, and maintaining and repairing installed products and diagnostics.
